To inquire about your artwork by email, please follow the steps below:
With a written description, we ask you to send clean, well-lit digital images and/or video clips of the art. The better the description, images or video, then the closer we can be on a rough estimated cost (to help our efforts, please send digital images no larger than 5MB or video any larger than 15MB). Again, only a rough estimate can be given by viewing digital images or video until we see it in person.
There are many variables in Art Restoration which makes it impossible to offer set pricing. To be accurate in our estimates, artwork needs to be seen and examined in person.
To accommodate clients who do not live in the Los Angeles area, sending an email with as much descriptive information as possible can be used as a starting point.
Shipping artwork to us - All clients are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance costs to and from our location. We will guarantee that the object is carefully and safely packed when it is returned to its owner.
The same payment structure applies to artwork that is shipped - 50% deposit of total cost before we can begin and the remaining balance paid upon delivery.
